Meet Gianna Borrello, a 20-year-old honors student at the University of Michigan, majoring in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. Alongside her academic pursuits, Gianna is a certified medical assistant and lab technician at Safie Specialty Foods. Her journey began with personal struggles against body image ideals, leading her to combat societal pressures and embrace self-love.

From battling anorexia to finding empowerment through self-acceptance, Gianna's story embodies resilience and determination. Her experience fuels her passion for understanding the neural mechanisms underlying eating disorders, driving her ambition to specialize in neurology.

Gianna's transformative journey led her to establish "Shame-less," a platform dedicated to fostering body positivity and self-confidence among women of all body types.
